PROVO, Utah (AP) -- A woman accused in the death of a five-month-old boy she was baby-sitting at her apartment earlier this year was ordered to stand trial.
Twenty-four-year-old Daniella Ruiz of Provo is charged with first-degree murder for the apparent shaking death of Brandon Zamora.
Back in January, authorities say Ruiz called 9-1-1 to report the baby was having trouble breathing. He later died at the hospital.
The autopsy showed the infant died from brain injuries consistent with being shaken.
Ruiz's arraignment is set for September seventh.
