Last night, a woman found her boyfriend shot to death outside her apartment door at the Victoria House apartment complex. Around midnight, someone shot 26-year-old Rodolfo Soto in the chest. The suspects took off on foot.
Neighbors were not surprised when they heard about the violent crime.
Will Jones, Neighbor: "That place has kids running crazy around there, people in and out all night you know. It doesn't surprise me you know."
Police have also said they've been called out to the Victoria House apartments numerous times. Investigators were certain that witnesses would be key to this case. So far, that has proven to be true.
