(KSL News) He admitted to shooting his ex-wife's boyfriend in the middle of a crowded restaurant. Today the Beaver man will learn his fate.
Mark Eldon Erickson could be sentenced to 20 years to life in prison when he appears before a judge today. In July he pleaded guilty to aggravated murder in connection with the death of Timothy McEnaney last December.

In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors said they would not seek the death penalty or a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
