(KSL News) A South Salt Lake man accused of kidnapping his neighbors' children says he's not guilty.

David Bell appeared in court today to hear the formal kidnapping charges against him. His attorneys say Bell is the victim in the case.

Two children disappeared during their parent's Fourth of July party next door to Bell's home. The family found the children inside Bell's house and allegedly beat up Bell and his partner.
