CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. fell 2 cents to 3.97 a bushel; Dec. corn was off 3 cents to 3.3850 a bushel; Dec. oats was up .50 cent at $2.3350 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans lost 3.75 cents to $9.8575 a bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was up 2.73 cents at $1.0820 a pound; November feeder cattle rose .37 cent to $1.2697 a pound; while December lean hogs gained 1.90 cents at $.4802 a pound.
