CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. gained 5 cents to 3.99 a bushel; Dec. corn was up 4.25 cents to 3.4150 a bushel; Dec. oats was up 5.25 cents at $2.33 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans gained 5.25 cents to $9.8950 a bushel.
Beef higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was off .10 cent at $1.0547 a pound; November feeder cattle rose .58 cent to $1.2660 a pound; while December lean hogs fell .78 cent at $.4612 a pound.
