SALT LAKE CITY— Simplus, a Salesforce implementation partner in Sandy, recently announced that it has successfully raised $7 million in Series A Funding and acquired Baldpeak Consulting, a Salesforce Quote-to-Cash billing expert.

Salesforce Ventures invested more than $1 million in the funding round, making the company the only Quote-to-Cash consultancy to receive Salesforce funding. This successful round positions Simplus, the oldest and largest Quote-to-Cash company, to further dominate the Salesforce marketplace.

“Following the acquisition of Steelbrick by Salesforce, we realized Salesforce would need a scale partner to handle growth and its customers would need a partner to help them implement the software,” said Ryan Westwood, CEO of Simplus. “We are fortunate to be backed by Salesforce Ventures, and we plan to use the funding to acquire other Salesforce Quote-to-Cash partners in our journey to grow the best team of experts in the world.”
