(KSL News) Republicans have gathered in St. Paul, Minn., for the GOP National Convention. However, the atmosphere is much different than a similar display by Democrats in Denver last week.
Today's opening session was abbreviated. Key Republicans, including President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, skipped their appearances.
