(KSL News) Sunroc Corporation has purchased Standard Builders Supply (SBS) a major building components and lumber company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Sunroc says SBS employees will become part of Sunroc's Salt Lake City facility at 2355 W. 1500 South. The owners of Standard Builders, Mike Hansen and Jim Ridd, are retiring and will pursue other interests.
Sunroc is a construction services provider based in St. George. It is a subsidiary of Clyde Companies. It has 24 locations from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas.
