(KSL News) Fire broke out in a Magna home this afternoon.
Fire bosses say it started in the crawl space of the home's attic near 3300 South and 7800 West.
Firefighters had to rip down parts of the roof to fight the fire. They were able to contain it to just the attic; however, there is smoke damage to other parts of the home.
The cause is under investigation.
