(KSL News) Salt Lake City police arrested 29-year-old Rosario Araujo-Martinez yesterday morning.
At the time of the arrest, he was wanted on several outstanding felony warrants. But after further investigation, he is now suspected of murder.
Police now believe he was the man who shot and killed Manuel Vargas. On July 11, 2004, Vargas was shot in the head as he and others were leaving the El Vaquero bar just after 2 a.m.
