SALT LAKE CITY — Welcome to today's From Left Field! Here are three fun stories from the world of sports you may have missed.

1. Batman vs. Superman: in miniature

Two kids at a Houston Rockets game last week did their part in re-enacting the movie during a timeout. The battle is intense, ferocious and exactly as long as the actual Batman vs. Superman movie should be.

Zach Snyder, take notes.

2. Matt Harvey's infection an opportunity not to be missed for the New York Post

Mets ace Matt Harvey had missed some of spring training to deal with an unknown medical issue, but word leaked Tuesday that it was a bladder infection. That caused the New York Post to have way, way too much fun thinking of back covers for their issue.

Read that article, too. So, so many puns.

3. Prom process

The Philadelphia 76ers are the NBA's worst basketball team, but they've have asked fans for years now to #TrustTheProcess. Well, now one young fan is taking that advice to heart.

Yes, he asked his date to #TrustTheProcess. I'm not sure it's worth it, to be honest. They're are both going off to college soon, and the long-term rebuilding process for their relationship has no guarantee of ending well. ![](http://beacon.deseretconnect.com/beacon.gif?cid=383806&pid=4)
