A string of vandalisms have business owners cleaning up and police looking for suspects in Midvale.
Police say the vandalisms happened between 11:00 last night and 3:00 this morning. All the businesses are on the west side of State Street between I-215 and 7200 South.
Jordan Camper now has two smashed windows covered by boards. Paul Glover owns the business. "It's just stupidity. It's hard enough to make a living as a business owner without people vandalizing what you have," he said.
At the smoke shop down the street, manager Dennis Harris would like to find the vandals. "Oh, I'd try to pound some sense into them," he said.
There are two holes in the window pane next to his door. In all, about a half-dozen businesses were hit.
Police say they have no suspects. Damage is estimated at about $2,000.
