(KSL News) -- A benefit lunch was held today in remembrance of two college students who died a year ago.
Jennifer Galbraith and Blake Donner died with two other college students while hiking in a cave in Provo.
After the deaths, Utah Valley State College set up the Donner-Galbraigh Memorial Scholarship. Outback Steak House held a benefit lunch this afternoon, and donated all proceeds to the scholarship fund.
Families say the fund needs to raise $30 thousand in order to become an endowment.
They say today's event helped them see how much good there can be in the world.
