(KSL News) Donations are being accepted to help a Lehi police officer wounded in a shooting earlier this week.

Lehi police Capt. Harold Terry was shot in the head during a routine traffic stop on Monday. The suspect, Kelly Wark, was then shot and killed by backup officers.

Terry is now recovering at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. Those who want to donate to his family to help with medical expenses can do so at Central Bank through the "Capt. Harold Terry" donation fund.

For more information on the fund, call Central Bank's Lehi branch at (801) 655-2214.
