(KSL News) It was a late but exciting night for some members of the Utah National Guard and their families.
Five soldiers for the Utah National Guard's 116th Convoy Security Company returned home at Salt Lake International Airport after serving for more than a year in Iraq.
The majority of the 116th returned home in April, but these five volunteered to stay two more months.
They were welcomed home with banners, flags and their anxious families.
