(KSL News) -- Two men accused of child porngraphy want the charges against them dropped.
Lawyers for Matt Duhamel and Charles Granere claim the images on their website were not pornagraphic because the girls posing had their genital areas covered by clothing.
They also argue that determining whether or not a picture is pornagraphic is subjective.
Both Duhamel and Granere are charged with transporting, receiving and possessing child pornography.
