SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — An actor in television show "Longmire" that's filmed in northern New Mexico has been accused of driving while intoxicated.
The Albuquerque Journal reported (http://bit.ly/1HfxX4I ) Wednesday that Adam Bartley, who plays Deputy Ferguson or "the Ferg" in the crime show, was arrested in Santa Fe last month and released on $2,500 bond.
Court and jail records say Bartley was booked into the Santa Fe county jail around 3 a.m. April 26. He also faces charges of careless driving and not wearing a seat belt.
Bartley's anta Fe attorney John Day says he's still looking into the case.
"Longmire," which is set in Wyoming but filmed in Santa Fe and nearby locations, was on A&E for three seasons and is filming a fourth season for Netflix.
