Becky Bruce reportingFor the second time in two weeks an animal rights group is offering a reward in a case of cruelty to kittens.
KSL told you last week about a kitten that was tortured with burns to her tail, feet, whiskers and back. Now witnesses say a driver in Washington County tossed three cats out of his car window then ran over one of them, killing it instantly.
One kitten suffered no injuries, and one suffered a compound leg fracture and is expected to have its leg amputated later today.
The Animal Advocacy Alliance of Utah is offering a $1,000 reward in the case.
