NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Maya Rudolph, the actress and comedian of "Saturday Night Live" and "Bridesmaids" fame, will deliver the keynote speech at Tulane University's 2015 commencement exercises.
Graduation is scheduled May 16 at 9 a.m. in the Superdome.
NOLA.com/The Times-Picayune reports (http://bit.ly/1CIkX6m ) Rudolph has family connections to Tulane. The university says her father, Richard, a composer and producer, is a Tulane alumnus, and her cousin, Sabrina, is a member of the Class of 2015.
Tulane President Mike Fitts says they look forward to Rudolph sharing a lot of good advice and humor with the graduates and their families.
