Tom Callan reportingTemperatures are expected to soar into the upper 80s this weekend. That means a lot of snow in the mountains will be melting.
Fast, furious, ferocious water is expected this weekend as streams run two to three times faster than normal.
"You venture near any of these waterways, they're going to be really dangerous, incredibly dangerous to get near," said hydrologist Brian McInerney.
He says some of you can expect basement flooding if you live near the Jordan River.
"We're just going to see these high river flows through the beginning of June and maybe into the second week of June," he said.
He says the water will be freezing cold.
