LAS VEGAS (AP) — Igor Hadziomerovic stole the ball at midcourt and drove for a layup with 45 seconds left to secure a 75-73 overtime victory over Houston in the Las Vegas Classic on Monday night.

The Broncos then made three free throws to hold off the Cougars for the win.

Derrick Marks scored 14 points, Mike Thompson 13 and Hadziomerovic and Rob Heyer 11 apiece for Boise State (10-2).

The Broncos, who have won six straight, will play Loyola of Chicago for the championship Tuesday. Houston will face Texas Tech for third place.

Boise State led throughout most of the second half but Jherrod Stiggers' 3-pointer gave Houston a 55-54 lead with 4:36 left. The Broncos grabbed the lead back, but LeRon Barnes tipped in Stiggers' missed 3 to tie the game at 62 and send it into overtime.

Devonta Pollard had 12 points, Stiggers 11 and Barnes 10 for Houston (5-4).
