(KSL News) -- When it comes to students getting diplomas, Utah High schools are among the best in the country.
Jordan and Granite school districts earned top 10 spots among the nation's largest districts for their high graduation rates.
Two reports out this week ranked Utah as a leader in the effort to prevent dropouts. Education Week placed the state 12th highest; the National Center on Education Statistics pegged Utah number eight.
Utah high schools graduate 76 percent of their students, compared to the national average of 69.
