(KSL News) A Glendale neighborhood saw the delivery of two brand new houses today.
An old, dilapidated house was taken down to make room for two 1,200-square-foot homes built in Boise.
The houses are the first prefabricated homes installed by Community Development Corporation of Utah. It hopes by using prefab homes, more lower-income families will be able to own homes.
These homes will be ready for families in just six weeks.
