NEW YORK (AP) — Teyve is coming back.

Producers Jeffrey Richards and Jerry Frankel said Thursday that they will present a revival of "Fiddler on the Roof," one of the last great musicals of Broadway's Golden Age, in the fall of 2015.

It will represent the fifth revival of the show, which features lyrics by Sheldon Harnick, music by Jerry Bock and a story by Joseph Stein. Bartlett Sher will direct.

Based on stories by Sholom Aleichem, "Fiddler" centers on Tevye, a poor Orthodox Jew with five daughters in the Russian village of Anatevka in 1905.

The original production in 1964 starred Zero Mostel and had an almost eight-year run and offered the world such stunning songs as "Sunrise, Sunset," ''If I Were a Rich Man" and "Matchmaker, Matchmaker."
