Randall Jepesen reporting Utah has some of the lowest gas prices in the country at the moment, but that still isn't putting smiles on a lot of commuters' faces.

This time of year is typically when gas prices are low. But with the price around $3 a gallon, people like Bryce Packham say they've had to cut way back on driving. "It makes it really tough," he said.

Utah's average gas price for the moment is about $3.13 per gallon.
