SALT LAKE CITY -- A state website that tells taxpayers how the state is spending its share of stimulus money ties for the worst in the nation.

Washington-based Good Jobs First looked at every state's stimulus site for its Show us the Stimulus report. Out of 100 possible points, Utah's site scored zero.

The reason is that it provides very little detail about how the state is spending its stimulus money. The only other state to get a zero was Illinois.

Overseers of the site say they are adding more data that will show people where the stimulus money is going.
