(KSL News) A formal charge has been filed against a Beaver man accused of killing the boyfriend of his ex-wife.

Mark Elden Erickson will make an initial appearance in court tomorrow on one count of first-degree aggravated murder.

Erickson is accused of shooting Timothy McEnaney in the head as he sat in the Timberline Inn restaurant Sunday evening. After the shooting, Erikson fled but was found later by sheriff's deputies in a remote part of Beaver.

Erikson has previously been convicted of threatening someone with a dangerous weapon.
