UNITED KINGDOM — A movie theater full of children and their parents in the U.K. got a lot more than they paid for when the theater accidentally started showing the wrong film.

The kids and their parents sat down in the theater with the lights off and the noise turned up planning on watching the animated film "Madagascar 3," but when the projector started it displayed a very different film. The theater accidently started showing the new horror film "Paranormal Activity 4" instead.
(Spoiler Alert)
"It opens on the most terrifying scene in the first film - where a body shoots full pelt towards the camera," Natasha Lewis told the Yahoo UK Movies Blog. "It's enough to make grown men jump, so you can imagine the terror in these young faces."

Lewis was in the theater with her eight-year-old son and she said everyone immediately started bolting for the exits and "all you could hear were children crying and screaming."
The theater released a statement indicating the mix-up was a mistake and every customer who was affected or offended by the gaffe were offered refunds and complimentary tickets.
What would you have done if you were in a theater planning on seeing a fun animated film and instead get an adult horror film? Would you be infuriated or would you understand that it was a mistake?
