(KSL News) A former Utah award-winning teacher is going to prison for sexually abusing his students.
Frank Hall will spend at least 15 years behind bars, possibly the rest of his life.
Hall taught first grade at Rosamond Elementary School in Riverton. Several children said Hall touched them inappropriately during class.
Hall had pleaded guilty to several charges.
