(KSL News) The Alpine School District reached a settlement with the parents of an Orem teen hit by a bus.
The Deseret Morning News reports the $150,000 settlement will help pay for Alyssa Stasinos' continued recovery from the accident.
The then-sophomore at Orem High was in a crosswalk in 2004 when she was hit by the school bus. The district hasn't admitted liability but does say the accident was tragic and needed to be dealt with.
