(KSL News) People across the state pitched in today to help bring a little holiday cheer to Utah troops in Iraq.
Today was the final day for the Feed Uncle Sam Christmas Care Package campaign. It's sponsored by families of the 116th and 145th security forces of Utah's National Guard.
People dropped off large and small gifts of food, hygiene items, DVDs and money.
Volunteers will assemble the items into complete care packages Monday to send to Utah guardsmen before Christmas.
