FARMINGTON — A 16-year old Farmington boy was killed Tuesday night while walking his bike in a crosswalk.

They boy was crossing State Street heading southbound when he was struck.
The teen suffered severe head trauma and died enroute to the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City via medical helicopter.
Several people witnessed the incident and police were continuing Tuesday night to interview the driver and witnesses. Police are investigating why the driver did not see the teen, Hansen added.
