(KSL News) The woman accused of killing her 10-year-old stepdaughter admits she committed the crime.
Angela Andrews pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and faces 15 years to life in prison. She'll be sentenced in November.
Shelby Andrews' father, Ryan, is already serving 15 years to life for his role in her death.
He was set to testify against his wife.
Shelby was repeatedly beaten and tortured. In August of 2006, she was forced into a closet, where she eventually suffocated.
