(KSL News) -- All Lehi police officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing in connection with a shootout involving a former officer.
That former officer, Art Henderson, opened fire at his estranged wife and her boyfriend in January. Officers quickly arrived on scene and Henderson shot at them too. Police returned fire and struck Henderson.
As routine protocol, Lehi police department conducted an investigation of the incident. They found the officers were justified in using force to prevent injury to themselves and others.
