LONDON -- London police released this video of a British shopkeeper stopping a knife-wielding robber.
Security cameras caught the robber as he briefly takes a clerk hostage and immediately a fellow clerk confronts the man who lets go of the hostage and starts swinging the knife at the shop clerk.
The man almost leaves at one point and then starts attacking the clerk again. The clerk gets behind the counter and starts hitting the would be robber with a broom handle. The man finally gives up and leaves the shop.
British police are still looking for the robber.
