(KSL News) A Spanish Fork septic tank pumping company is accused of burying raw sewage near the Spanish Fork River.

Prosecutors say they recieved a tip an employee with Butler Services Almost Home was unloading raw sewage into a giant hole near the river. The company is charged with disposing of pollutants illegally and will appear in court Monday.

The company denies the allegations.
