Carlos Boozer isn't too happy with the tenant of his $70,000 a month mansion. In January , Carlos Boozer sued Prince over unauthorized work done on the 10-bedroom, 11-bath West Hollywood property, which is owned by Boozer.

Some of the changes included painting the exterior of the house with purple stripes and removing carpet and installing purple carpet monogrammed with the "prince" symbol.

In mid-February, a month after the complaint was filed, an attorney for Boozer dismissed the lawsuit. Since the dismissal was granted "without prejudice," the landlord has the ability to file another suit on the same claims.

Prince's lease runs through May 31st.
