Carole Mikita ReportingLDS Church President Gordon B. Hinckley will arrive in Santiago, Chile, tomorrow, where preparations are underway for a temple rededication.

A soccer stadium in Santiago is normally filled with 50-thousand cheering fans. Today it is the site for a rehearsal. Some 4,000 young Latter-day Saints are preparing for what they call a cultural celebration. Tomorrow they will commemorate the rededication of their temple in this city. And they are also preparing to welcome a man they call prophet, President Gordon B. Hinckley.
