(KSL News) -- A cup of coffee in the morning, could affect your heart during exercise.
Researcher say blood flow to the heart is 22- percent lower after participants take 200 milligrams of caffeine. That's about two cups of coffee.
Caffeine may interfere with how blood vessels dilate during exercise.
This study is published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
