(KSL News) -- Park City police, with help from the website eBay, have recovered $15,000 thousand dollars worth of stolen ski equipment.
Last week, a man reported that his skis were taken from a Park City resort. The next day he saw them for sale on the website.
Investigators worked with eBay, and tracked down the seller: A Utah County juvenile who was in possession of several stolen skis.
In all, 15 sets of skis and five snowboards were stolen. Police are working with the suspect to return the items to the owners.
