(KSL News) A unique collaboration has made it possible for six women who've lived on the streets for years to finally have a place to call home.

The Olene Walker Trust Fund, the Road Home and the Salt Lake County Housing Authority helped provide money for a house. Six women who've been in and out of the Road Home shelter have been selected to move in.

Celeste Eggert, with the Road Home Shelter, says, "We are just thrilled, and this is going to have an impact on the six women who move here."

Services will be provided to help the women support themselves. They're expected to move into the house next week.
