(KSL News) -- A Utah County man accused of sexually abusing patients under his care pleaded not guilty this morning in court.

Jesus Partida is charged with molesting nearly a dozen women at an American Fork nursing home.

His attorney asked for a hearing to suppress key evidence against his client, because most of the alleged victims have passed away. But prosecutors say they still have evidence against Partida.

The motion hearing is set for later this month.
