(KSL News) -- A man is in jail for exposing himself to a 12-year old girl at the Salt Lake City library.
Police say he did it in front of the girl and others as they stood in the children's book area. It happened last week. Security chased him but he got away.
This week he came back to the library, was recognized and arrested.
