(KSL News) Seven police agencies scoured the valley for a shooting suspect, but this morning the man is still on the run.
Around 9:00 last night two men were at their Midvale apartment complex at 600 West 8000 South, when one shot the other in the leg, fracturing his femur.
The suspect, known only as Miguel, took off on foot and may be carrying a handgun.
A medical helicopter arrived to take the victim to the hospital, but it had mechanical problems, so a second chopper was called in.
The victim underwent surgery late last night and is expected to be OK.
