ST. GEORGE -- HintonBurdick CPAs & Advisors announced Monday a merger with the Arizona-based accounting firm of Frost, Stephens & Company P.C.

Established in 1975, HintonBurdick has grown to become one of the largest accounting firms in the state of Utah, a news release stated. The company provides accounting and audit services, litigation support, computer training and systems management, payroll services, tax planning and consulting services to clients in 47 states and some foreign countries.

The St. George-based firm has more than 80 employees with offices located in St. George, Cedar City, Hurricane and Richfield, as well as Mesquite, Nev. and Flagstaff, Ariz.

Founded in 1964, Frost, Stephens & Company is based in Flagstaff with a total of 12 employees.
