(KSL News) -- A man charged with the murder of his ex -wife pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity today in Davis County.
Prosecutors charged David Edward Drommond with capital murder. They believe he shot and killed his ex -wife Janeil. Drommond is also charged with attempted aggravated murder for shooting the woman's father.
Police say Drommond shot at the pair when they were dropping off his children at his Bountiful home in August.
