(KSL News) -- An update in the Kiplyn Davis case.
Her former schoolmate, Scott Brunson, has struck a deal with federal prosecutors. He had pleaded innocent to six counts of making false statements to an F-B-I agent and a grand jury.

Brunson is expected to change his plea to guilty next week. He's the first of five suspects accused of lying in the case to come forward.
Kiplyn Davis is the Spanish Fork Teenager who disappeared in May of 1995. Her body has never been found.
