OREM, Utah (AP) -- Tai Wesley scored 14 points and pulled down 11 rebounds to lead Utah State to a 76-58 victory over Utah Valley on Saturday night.
Brockieth Pane added a team-high 19 points, including shooting 6 for 6 from the free-throw line, for the Aggies (8-2), who made 23 of 27 tries from the line overall.
The Aggies held a slim 33-30 lead at halftime after shooting 40 percent from the field in the first period, but they pulled ahead in the second half on 54 percent shooting.
Nate Bendall added 12 points for Utah State while Tyler Newbold scored 10.
Isiah Williams led the game in scoring with 22 points for the Wolverines (4-6) as Holton Hunsaker scored 10.
