WEST VALLEY CITY -- A man faces serious charges for allegedly pulling a knife on security guards outside a bar.

Police say the suspect was at The Puck bar at 3396 Decker Lake Drive when he was asked to leave for unruly behavior around 11:30 p.m.

Security escorted the man outside but police say he pulled a knife and threatened the guards before driving off.

Police spotted his car and arrested him near 3300 S. Redwood Rd. a short time later. He faces a felony charge of aggravated assault.
